With 150 cows, Ferme des Tourelles produces over 1,400,000 litres of milk a year. The majority of this milk is transformed into over 100 tonnes of cheese on site which is then sold and enjoyed throughout France and abroad...

DID YOU KNOW?

Raw milk is a product that is not pasteurised, so it is used straight away after being milked from the cows. Working with raw milk is subject to incredibly strict hygiene rules.
